USD is the currency used for all prices and charges. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The payment options actually available for an order are displayed securely at checkout.

Encrypted payment information is handled by Shopify and authorized payment providers. getrach does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. A card issuer may place an authorization hold, request additional verification, approve, or decline a transaction under its own rules.

What getrach customers should know about currency and methods
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after return inspection and approval. Payment questions may be sent to Support@getrach.shop or 564-771-5090.
